Inner architecture is a very specific job. The architect redefines the inner volumes according to the requirements of the project. He works on natural light effects. He adapts the heights, the partitioning, the doors, the levels and the likes within the building… Caring for functionality, he takes into account technical aspects (electricity, plumbing, lighting, air conditioning, saunas, Jacuzzi…) and even advanced technologies (particular lighting systems, audio video, visio conference, multimedia, prologic systems…)

Our drawing office uses important means, including software Autocad 2000. Our teams guarantee you the swiftness and accuracy of their realizations.

Decoration creates the atmosphere that brings your space to life. Studied mixing of styles permits to achieve exclusivity in volumes, thanks to the design of the walls, the grounds, the ceilings, the molded cornices, the windows and doors…

Thanks to our relational network with the best suppliers throughout the world, we propose a large range of pieces of furniture, lighting, antiques and decorative pieces.

According to your style, your needs and your budget, we seek for the best quality price ratio. Standard furnishing as well as exclusive creations guarantee a unique and very personal interior.

In order to help you to make your choice, a large number of documents (pictures, archives of 100 years of decoration, fabrics, woods and the like…) are available to you in our Paris offices.

We advise investors regarding acquisition of realties for commercial, professional (real complexes, offices, hotels…) or residential prospects.

Our role is to :

• See that the place is adequate to your needs, according to how it is possible to use the space
• Estimate the costs of transformation so as to be sure that your budget will be respected.

Visualization in 2D or 3D (Autocad 2000) of interior design projects is generally a most efficient estimation tool.

We also undertake the realization of show flats for the commercialization of real complexes.

We propose two types of contracts :

Fees contracts, which include :

• Interior design studies
• Quotation for the operational works and selection of the contractors
• Monitoring on site
• Quality control
• Control over budget and time constraints

Turnkey contracts, which include supplying of the furnishing, curtains, decorative objects…You are free to accept the selection of items proposed in this contract only partly or entirely.
